considering the circumstances reguarding the d tournament in marystown and the letter of appeal and apology that was requested by the provincial executive that i recieved 6 months after the tournament,sept 12-13,i have to say that i feel personally attacked and hung out to dry by the provincal exec.i can see no other reason! sam taylor and brian taylor had their suspensions lifted when they walked away from the A tournament the year before,they were givin probationary status and still allowed to play.they had their full team present and were at the venue.however,we had a couple of players that had to get time off work friday and saturday to drive to marytown to play.we had 7 registered and started the tournament off with 5 players thursday.unfortunately,one of our five fell down drunk and hurt himself which made us play with 4 players for the last 4 sets of the day.when the day was over,i called the other players and informed them of the situation,having told them where we stood in the standings,THEY! decided not to take the time off work and spend their money to drive to marystown.i wrote the letter and recieved a reply saying that my 5 year suspension is being upheld.considering the circumstances surrounding my 5 year suspension and sam and brians probationary suspensions for not playing with a full team because they decided not too! leaves me to believe that this is a personal attack against me for speaking up about the spending habits of the provincial exec last year.i guess it depends which division you play in that decides if you get the axe through at you or not.i feel that the provincial exec have found a way to silence an exec member from eastern who was asking to many questions about the provincial monies.not only that, but the provincial exec think they have the right to tell all divisions who can sit on their executives!i feel blacklisted and betrayed by the provincial exec because they have a dictatiorship mindset,and if you speak up! watch out.you could be next.they have nobody to hold them responsible for their behavior or spendind habits.maybe someone else can have a good look at it now! oh! maybe not,or your next.i believe that the provincial have set themselves up for a long stand!they changed the vote yr too3 yr.also,you can`t sit on your regions exec while on the prov exec.the only people that go to the meetings are regional execs,all changes made to lock themselves for a long stand.i personally could care less if i played darts at the prov level again seeing the mindset thats giong on now! yours in darts tony ryan. p.s.
