Tell me how a team can have 4 out of 7 guys shoot over the legal average and still be able to win a championship . These guys should be ashamed to say they won.

The team from Eastern with 4 players shooting over the legal average didn't win, they were put out in the Quarter Finals. Even if they had won they wouldn't have received any awards or the championship because of a rule that states if 3 or more players on a team shoots over then you aren't eligible to receive the awards.
